- 5 – 15 years of selling complementary EdTech or eLearning products or services
- Strong understanding of the solution selling process, and the ability to lead contract negotiations with key stakeholders within an organization
- New account acquisition through multiple prospecting activities including cold calls, referrals, and qualified leads provided by our marketing team
- Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written, and strong relationship building skills, both internally and externally
- Strong “Rolodex” of long term business relationships
- Not afraid to pick up the phone for both cold and warm leads
- Excellent “demo’er” (not feature demo, storyteller, active dialogue with prospects)
- Successful track record of delivering effective, engaging, and interactive presentations both in person and virtually via webinars/video conference calls
- Tech-savvy and capable of mastering product suite and the competitive landscape
- Forecast accurately and transparently
- Gregarious in a humble, real way
- Demonstrates organizational skills based on the use of CRM tools and meticulous explanation on their sales process
