Educational Game Project Manager
The Game Agency is seeking a talented educational game producer. This individual will focus on one or more projects at a time and ensure that they are moving on time, on quality, and on budget. In addition, this person will:
Own projects from start to finish collaborating with designers, artists, and developers to create highly engaging interactive experiences.
Be the point person on projects for clients and team members. Know all aspects of development and help team members prioritize and know what to do next.
Serve as the client contact on projects, understanding requirements, helping define the vision, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
Define project requirements, wireframes,
Collaborate with team on the creation of a game design document
Create and track project timelines while balancing resource allocation.
Partner with account managers to track resources and profitability of each project.
Provide opinions to each project about usability.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes to allow for smooth execution of projects and improved efficiency across departments.
Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with co-workers, clients and other external contacts.
Passion for delivering the best creative, but capable of finding ways to produce it without jeopardizing schedule and budget.
Experience with game production (experience with educational games is a plus)
