Solution

Through the use of gamification coupled with a fun, learners are immersed in this engaging world of compliance training, rather than being presented with content slides.

This compliance training course is the story of two companies: Taluna International and Kamrin, who are working together on project Tanus. The learner begins by familiarizing themselves with the characters, and then jumping right into an episode of the story as characters work together to achieve the goals of project Tanus.

The main menu for the course is a map of the city where the characters live. The activities of Project Tanus are taking place all over – and the learner can choose what they want to engage in. Each mini-episode/story is independent of the other for non-linear learning.

Each episode contains a similar set-up: a quick background on the scene and then a 60 second vignette video setting the scene between the characters and introducing a dilemma. Then, the learner is invited to participate in the story to identify the problems and solutions related to compliance.

Through the use of games and gamification coupled with a fun, educational and interactive experience, learners are immersed in this engaging world of compliance training, rather than being presented with content slides. This in-turn will increase retention rates, translating to increased ROI when it comes to Red Flag’s corporate training.
